Baita Deona B&B is a place of the heart, built in warm and welcoming larch, integrated into the Dolomite landscape that also leads inside through the large windows. A family of woodcutters for generations, linked to this territory and especially to these woods, are waiting for you in their Home to make you live a unique experience and discover the scents and colors of the "inhabitants" of the woods.

The two large terraces overlooking the surrounding mountains will allow you to enjoy the sun in all seasons. The bright windows allow you to feel completely surrounded by woods and peaks.

The bar with its homemade desserts is the ideal place to start your day dedicated to excursions in the surroundings. It's also a perfect meeting place after skiing or returning from your adventures, with snacks and typical local dishes.
Baita Deona and its cuisine offers you the dolomite's specialties: Canederli, Casunziei, Pastin and polenta, Game dishes ... and much more!  Our cook Paola makes every recipe at her home, with selected ingredients, locally produced.

There are many proposals for excursions that you can do from the Cibiana pass. Come and visit us, we will be happy to help you with our advice. In winter its beautiful cross-country track attracts enthusiasts always offering excellent snow.

Mount Rite, chosen for its extraordinarily panoramic position, offers a unique view of the mountains below (Moiazza, Civetta, Marmolada, Pelmo, Tofane) and is a splendid destination even in winter with snowshoes or skis.

The Murelas of  Cibiana

The story of mountain traditions on the walls of the village.  The historic villages of the small town of Cibiana, are an open-air museum consisting of over 50 murales by artists from all over the world. A walk through the typical narrow streets, seeing here and there on the walls the beautiful murals, will allow you to discover the memory of the mountain culture and its people.
A memory that in July becomes alive again for the feast of the "Living Murales" during which the streets come alive with the traditions and craftsmanship of the past.
